ROLE OVERVIEW

The Bullfrog Spas Regional Manager plays a critical role in leading the growth strategy for their assigned sales region. This includes acquiring new dealerships, driving revenue growth, and providing training and support for key accounts. This is an opportunity to represent a revolutionary, industry-leading brand committed to helping people live a peaceful life through products that offer unmatched benefits, including advanced wellness technology, stunning design, and lasting quality. We're looking for a driven, experienced sales professional with experience in spa retail, wholesale sales, and/or account-based B2B sales, who can attract new business and act as an expert consultant and motivator to grow existing accounts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct regional sales strategy: Territory management, account planning and performance management, trend analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Drive dealer acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential dealers
  • Product, sales, and management training: In-field product training, sales coaching, business support, merchandising guidance, marketing best practices
  • Shows and events: Represent Bullfrog Spas at tradeshows and industry functions, support dealers at key sales events

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3+ years in either spa retail, wholesale, and/or account-based B2B sales
  • Skills: CRM, basic business software and communication systems, relationship-building, communication, self-organized, ability to train and motivate retail sales associates and small business managers
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, passion for coaching small businesses and helping them grow, passion for helping customers find peace through wellness

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • Schedule: Traditional regional business hours and as needed for events and travel
  • Travel: This is a traveling role with ~60% of the time in the market
  • Work Location: Traveling and home office
  • Reporting: This position reports to the regional Director of Sales
