Summary: Bullfrog Spas is looking for an individual to help grow the market in Bozeman MT. This role would cover all aspects of facility. Helping build strong customer relationships, Excellent service and on time delivery. As we grow this role can expand into any direction that best fits you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Service and Deliveries
- Provide service and maintenance to trailers and vehicles
- Maintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and in the store organized, labeled, and stocked
- Provide service to customers in local area
- Assist local store sales team when necessary
- Provide technical support to customers
- Assist in setting up shows and show room at local store
- Maintain and submit expense reports monthly
- Communicate local needs with service manager to improve the customer experience
- Maintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customers
- Assist with general maintenance needs for the local store facility
- Other duties may be assigned

Technical Ability
Basic Electric: This refers to your understanding of electrical principles and concepts, including basic circuitry, voltage, current, resistance, and electrical components. It involves knowledge of how electricity flows and how to work with electrical systems safely.
Hand tools: Hand tools are fundamental equipment used every day for a service technician. These tools may include pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, multimeters, and others.
Problem Solving: Problem-solving skills are crucial in this role. This involves the ability to analyze a problem, determine potential solutions, and implement the most effective one. It requires critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information, service manuals, etc. Ability to effectively present information to management or the customer
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, etc.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general computer software such as Microsoft Office.
