Role Description

The Bullfrog Spas brand is synonymous with innovation, and our marketing efforts reflect this. Our objective for this role is to lead an effective customer acquisition and demand generation team, aligned to the unique requirements of our channel and sales model. These objectives are achieved through intelligent lead-generation campaigns, local marketing plans, and integrated marketing. We are seeking a talented and capable marketing professional to manage initiatives around awareness, brand building, lead acquisition, and retail channel support.

This is a full-time position at the Bullfrog Spas Headquarters in Herriman, UT that is best suited for a competent and well-rounded marketing leader with highly-developed digital demand gen skills, strong proficiency with local advertising strategies, and a wide set of marketing skills. You will expected to oversee online content, support both organic and paid efforts, drive leads, drive store visits, develop customer insights, and generally expand brand awareness. You'll be able to see your efforts result in happy, relaxed customers and continued brand growth.

As a member of our nimble Marketing team in an ever-changing marketing environment, you won't be bored. We enjoy variety, embrace new challenges, and often jump in on all-hands projects. You'll likely have opportunities to lend a hand in a variety of other marketing and business-supporting efforts along the way.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of marketing professionals with the objective of acquiring Bullfrog Spas brand customers across sales channels
• Manage campaigns to move customers through the buyer's journey using content marketing, digital ad campaigns, social media, and marketing automation
• Manage campaigns to drive traffic to brick-and-mortar retail locations
• Develop customer insights for targeting and messaging strategies
• Support channel (dealer & e-commerce) marketing initiatives
• Support critical dealer partners with digital marketing advice and assistance
• Support internal teams with a variety of all-hands-on-deck marketing functions
• Collaborate with creative professionals, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers on integrated marketing projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing management and team leadership
• Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of best practices for advertising, content marketing, email marketing, paid search marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and digital analytics
• Proficiency with web publishing software (Wordpress)
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot)
• A leader who is driven, self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal stakeholders and partners

Bonus Skills We Like

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study
• Basic HTML/CSS skills
• Experience with content marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Work experience in a brand or agency environment
• Strong writing ability and experience building audiences with written content
• Data and statistical analysis
• Visual creative experience (design, photography)
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Lightroom)

As a member of a small but growing team it's expected that all team members occasionally support special projects, internal functions, and events as needed, and, when deemed necessary, assist with any/all company needs, even those not specifically related to the job description.
